Rate Order	The District's complete Rate Order as amended on April 19, 2012 is available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. The Rate Order provides details on important District policies, rates, penalties, conditions, agreements and other information of interest to residents, builders and developers.
Service Agreement	The District's Service Agreement (.pdf) must be completed in order to apply for utility service. Prospective customers who are renting should complete the Renter's Service Agreement (.pdf) instead.
Notice to Purchaser	The District's Notice to Purchaser is available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. This document provides information that you should know if you are considering the purchase of a property in the Sonterra MUD.
2011 Budget	Sonterra MUD's 2010-2011 Budget is available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. This document is the official budget for Sonterra adopted on October 19, 2010. The budget represents an accounting of anticipated revenues and anticipated expenses for the upcoming year.
Annual Financial Report	Sonterra MUD's Annual Financial Report for 2011 is available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. This document is the final version of the annual audit for the year ended September 30, 2011 as approved by the Board of Directors on January 19, 2012.
Drought Contingency Plan	The District's complete Drought Contingency Plan is available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. The Drought Contingency Plan provides details on important District policies, penalties, conditions, agreements and other information regarding water restrictions and conservation.
